Brent Imai

Prior to founding OmniWorks™ in 2016 Brent served as the Head of Content Development at AT&T, where he oversaw the creation of new content and investment analysis for TV, online and mobile platforms, and headed partner and business development efforts with media companies to extend their brands and content to AT&T's digital platforms.

Before AT&T, Imai worked as a consultant on projects with the Oklahoma City Thunder NBA basketball team, a kid’s online sports platform, AEG, and research and development of new regional cable networks’ business plans. Imai also developed and produced a series of nationally distributed interactive NASCAR racing events television packages, which received two Emmy awards for pioneering work in sports television. Previously, Brent served as a vice president for the interactive television company ACTV, where he oversaw content initiatives with Game Show Network, CNN, MTV, PBS, and Fox Sports. Brent began his career in the entertainment industry in the broadcasting department for Los Angeles sports teams: the Lakers and Kings, later serving as executive producer for Prime Ticket Network from inception through the sale to Liberty Media.

 

Brent is also Co-Founder and board member of Art Reality Studios, a non-profit organization that connects artists with the latest technology tools. He received his education at University of California, Los Angeles.
