Joni Topper

Prior to joining OmniWorks™, Joni led the formation of JPMorgan’s Higher Education, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit and Government commercial banking practice in the Western states. She was also chairman of JPMorgan’s Market Leadership Team for the Greater Los Angeles area, providing leadership for the organization’s philanthropic, civic engagement and volunteer activities, focused on economic and workforce development.

 

She is currently a member of the USC Marshall School of Business Corporate Advisory Board and is an Executive in Residence, advising and connecting undergraduate business students with career opportunities. She has previously served as director and past Board Chair of Inner-City Arts, a non-profit organization serving inner-city Los Angeles Unified School District schools without arts programs. She has also held other board positions for economic development and non-profit organizations, including Los Angeles World Trade Center and BizFed.

 

Joni’s banking career began as a teller for Bank of America, rising through retail operations until joining its commercial loan training program. Joni has managed commercial banking teams for Bank of America, Seafirst Bank, Wachovia Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and JPMorgan focused on lending to businesses, ranging from small to large privately held business, as well as large public institutions in California, Pacific Northwest and Intermountain States.

 

Joni attended University of Washington and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School, at University of Washington.
